This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services at Octothink.

Cancellation Terms

Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

How to Cancel

• Log into your account
• Navigate to subscription settings
• Select "Cancel Subscription"
• Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
• Any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy
