1- DRINKS RICH IN SUGAR
The sugary drinks are a beverage that has a high level of sugar, these include energy drinks, soda, sports drinks, and fruit juices. A high level of sugar can put you in danger of developing type 2 diabetes which could lead to Alzheimer's. It also increases the risk of having dementia, even when you do not have diabetes. Instead of being dependent on these drinks, limit them or switch to healthier alternatives such as water, vegetable juice or unsweetened drinks. Refined carbs are; grains that have been highly processed and sugars.
