4- PRACTICE OR STUDY IN THE AFTERNOON

It doesn’t matter if you are a morning or night person, because according to a study, afternoons are the best time to focus on a task. This time of the day will greatly affect your long-term memory training more than other timings of the day.

5- CREATE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE THINGS YOU ALREADY KNOW AND THE THINGS YOU ARE CURRENTLY LEARNING
